Receptionist

Job tasks:

Greeting and directing customers.
Managing calls, messages, emails and scheduling appointments.
Providing information about our services.
Keeping a clean and organized reception.
Support in administrative tasks.

Required qualifications:

Secondary education or higher.
Possession of excellent communication skills.
Experience working in customer service or sales.
Knowledge of Macedonian and English.
Knowledge of the Albanian and Turkish languages is considered an advantage.
